Greet\u00adings, Fel\u00adlow Tigers,<\/span><\/p>\n

We are almost to Sep\u00adtem\u00adber, the last month of the Kiwa\u00adnis year.  And what a year it has been, with a glob\u00adal p<\/span>andem\u00adic, racial ten\u00adsions, shaky economies, and extreme weath\u00ader conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Still, you, the Eye of the Tiger eKi\u00adwa\u00adnis mem\u00adbers, con\u00adtin\u00adue with your strong lead\u00ader\u00adship. We cur\u00adrent\u00adly have 73 awe\u00adsome mem\u00adbers, an increase of 25 for this year. We are #2 out of 452 clubs in the Cal\u00adi\u00adfor\u00adnia-Neva\u00adda-Hawaii in the num\u00adber of mem\u00adbers added. Our growth enables us to devel\u00adop, encour\u00adage, and sup\u00adport each oth\u00ader in the cul\u00adture of growth. And we are still grow\u00ading, thanks to you!<\/span><\/p>\n

The num\u00adber of new club open\u00adings is a mov\u00ading and increas\u00ading total, again thanks to you, as you find cre\u00adative ways to open clubs in this unpre\u00addictable time.  Accord\u00ading to the Kiwa\u00adnis Inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal 2019\u201320 Mem\u00adber\u00adship Met\u00adrics (cur\u00adrent as of July 30), 41 clubs have been com\u00adplet\u00aded in the Amer\u00adi\u00adc\u00adas and 109 clubs glob\u00adal\u00adly. The new club open\u00ading forms indi\u00adcate that mem\u00adbers of the Eye of the Tiger eKi\u00adwa\u00adnis opened 24 of those 41 clubs in the Amer\u00adi\u00adc\u00adas and 25 of 109 clubs glob\u00adal\u00adly. Thank you for grow\u00ading Kiwanis!<\/span><\/p>\n

As of today, we have 32 more days in the 2019\u20132020 Kiwa\u00adnis year. So, there is still time to<\/span> make calls, send texts and mes\u00adsages, respond to every social media \u201clike\u201d of Kiwa\u00adnis, meet in per\u00adson or vir\u00adtu\u00adal\u00adly, and add more mem\u00adbers and clubs to serve chil\u00addren. In the words of Win\u00adston Churchill, \u201cThis is no time for ease and com\u00adfort. It is time to dare and endure.\u201d In the words of Gand\u00adhi, \u201cThe future depends on what you do today.\u201d And as our own Allen Yer\u00adgovich says, \u201cIt\u2019s time to get quacking.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
